First there was Light, and then...
Once upon 1999, Jackson and gREGOr started pumping out the tunes with first bass player Ryan Fee. Every other day, they went out behind gREGOr's home into the famous "Drum Room"(a hot, sweaty shack) and pratcied only to be yelled at by the old man next door leading to problems with gREGOr and his parents. They made a few songs including their hits "Group", "Bessie" and the first song they ever made, "Finger Pickin Good", played a show at a pool party only to be broken up by the cops in the middle of performing "Blitzkreig Bop" by the Ramones. They soon realized that Ryan sucked major and moved on to many other one day bass players. After taking a break from playing, gREGOr called up Jackson one day and got another session going on. Playing punk/metal with old friend/guitarist James Harkins, they struggled to find another bass player. Soon after James left, gREGOr stumbled upon highschool buddy Ryan Schuitt. They practiced, making a few new tunes with gREGOr on vocals until finally coming across singer Seth Neal. Void! was born and the famous "Drum Room" days were over. They packed up their shit and moved practice to the next neighborhood over into Seth's bedroom where many of their songs were wirtten. After playing many practices and a few shows, gREGOr and Jackson realized that Seth was not really what they were looking for and turned to Jackson's best friend RogA. He was not interested at first, wanting to sing and play bass. But the band couldn't get rid of Ryan because he was the hook for the recording studio. But then fate takes a turn and Ryan ends up missing for a few days and when found leaves the band only to leave gREGOr, Jackson, and RogA to record. A few not so great recordings are bumped out and the band boots the name Void!. After a month of thinking of a new name, they come up with Theory 3F and continue to rock out everyone with their strong message of opposition, rebellion, and revolution to this day. Today, Theory 3F lives in beautiful and influential Vancouver, BC...CANADA BUDDEHs! |
